Please understand that all locations are independently owned and operated and all concerns need to be resolved at the local level with the location that performed the work or, as may be the case, with the vendor or subcontractor who performed the work, such as a subcontracted painter, countertop provider, installer, or other subcontracted entity. We offer this form as a service so clients can fully explain in detail their issue or concern, which is then forwarded verbatim to the location that performed or coordinated your remodel project, with the goal of them working with you to find a reasonable resolution to the concern.
